NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales final. We are a small store with limited quantities and unique items and have included photos for most listed products that shows quality and any issues for any used and new items. Sorry. Please be aware of this when you place your order. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unsure, or have any questions regarding specific item(s) condition prior to ordering.
US customers: please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive (unless otherwise noted). All goods are sent via USPS, or in some cases, FedEx. Tracking information will be provided to you via email as soon as your order ships. Right now we are only able to offer shipping within the United States and Canada.
*PLEASE NOTE* with Pandemic/2021 USPS issues, it is currently taking longer to receive items due to newly set forcible delays in service. Our local post office's hours have also been cut shorter in the past year(s) (opening hours are less/lunches when the office is closed are longer). It is of utmost importance to us that you receive your packages so we're keeping an eye on these items from ship to arrival via tracking.
Orders will be shipped out once a week, also, please note that during the pandemic you may notice slower times of arrival. We are a one-person store and mail service times may be more closely related to the service and arrival times (also) in your area.
International orders can take up to 4 weeks and occasionally longer. Please be patient. International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be borne by the recipient. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will be marked as "Goods," with no exceptions. Thank you.
