Details: This is Rachel Goswell (Slowdive, Minor Victories, Mojave 3, etc) solo project released in 2004. She released one album, an EP, and a single on 4AD. This is a used promo copy (hole punch in back cover over UPC), otherwise in pristine condition.

Description: "Mojave 3’s stoned country was a radical departure from Slowdive’s billowing space-rock. Goswell, with co-writer Joe Light, goes even more organically rustic here. But while her parent band draws on prairie-wide Americana, Waves Are Universal moves closer to English and Celtic folk. Furnished with flutes and glockenspiels, the fresh clarity of “Gather Me Up” and “Deelay” magnify Goswell’s introspective and breathy voice.
