Details: Perfect track to illustrate Valley Girl culture in the early ‘80s—gag me with a spoon! 12" single of Valley Girl featuring father/daughter duo of Moon and Frank Zappa. Cover has some wear on opening, bottom right, but is otherwise in fantastic condition with hardly any wear. Record media is super clean.
Description: “Taken from the 1982 album "Ship Arriving Too Late To Save A Drowning Witch", the "Valley Girl" track was paired with a number of B-sides in various countries, including work from the previous 1981 album "You Are What You Is". Both an 'album version' (c. 4:59) and 'single version' (c. 3:47) "Valley Girl" tracks were issued. Track co-writer Moon Zappa performs on the A-side of this release, adding her vocalized version of Southern California's 'Valley-speak' to the proceedings.”
