Our grading system reflected for goods sold in our store is based on the following rule of thumb based on outside/inside appearance:
M = Mint. Brand new, or still in wrapping
NM = Near Mint. Lightly played, and in close to mint condition
VG+ = Very Good, plus. A grade above VG, played well, but still looks great
VG = Very Good. Decent condition, played. May have scuffs, scratches or bends
POOR = Definite hard wear, the outside might be a lost cause but the inside is pristine or vice versa (or both)
If a POOR or VG release is listed and there are issues with both inside (record or book) and outside (cover), we may still list it due to its collectibility and/or uniqueness. If you are unsure, please send an email to email@example.com before purchasing. We are happy to elaborate with further images. Thank you!
