RETURN & SHIPPING POLICIES (PLEASE READ):
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. We are a very small independent store with limited quantities and unique items and have included photos for most listed products that show quality and/or list any issues for any previously-owned and new items.
*Please* be aware of this when you place your order. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are still unsure, or have any questions regarding specific item(s) condition prior to ordering. Please do not chat or DM on social media for either shipping, or any remaining condition, refund, or exchange questions that we have not answered here. Please check your Spam filter if you have not received shipping confirmation. We are happy to send out another shipping confirmation if you still have not received one via your order fulfillment through your original email that was used to create your order.
US customers: please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive (unless otherwise noted). All goods are sent via USPS, or in very rare cases alternative shipping methods (UPS, FedEx, DHL). Tracking information will be provided to you via email as soon as your order ships. Right now we are only able to offer shipping within North America to the United States and Canada.
Canadian customers: Since we have begun business we have seen DRASTIC changes in the postal costs to deliver 'internationally' to Canada. We ask that you consider what small businesses and customers everywhere are up against with anything above .3 oz being a cost of $15+ to ship (minimum/to start). We want to ship to you but are limited in the options available to us.
*PLEASE NOTE* USPS issues: current USPS delivery times involve longer times to receive items due to ongoing delays in service. It is of utmost importance to us that you receive your packages so we're keeping an eye on these items from ship to arrival via tracking.
Orders will be shipped out once a week. Please keep in mind that we are a one-person store and mail service times may be more closely related to the service and arrival times (also) in your area.
International orders can take up to 4 weeks and occasionally longer. Please be patient. International customers in Canada and outside North America are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be borne by the recipient. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will be marked as "Goods," with no exceptions. Thank you.
